Roaches, thefts, etc...

The building is infested with roaches. You can't sleep without worrying that a roach will be next to you. Noise is a real problem. Walls are very thin and neighbors are very noisy, you can hear them fighting and punching walls at 7 AM! You can hear even when they pee, and whatever else you can imagine. There are 2 bus stops in front of the builing, so you can't even watch TV at night because it seems like the bus in inside your apartment.
If you subsribe to newspapers, more than likely you will not get them-your neighbors will steal them.
It is hard to get anything from the front desk lady- she is never there. Also, even if you are carring several bags and strugling to get your keys to get in the front door building, the front door lady refuses to open the door for you. For her, it is just a matter of pushing one button at her desk, but she doesn't care, even knowing that you are a resident!

I really question whether the person above lived in this building and wonder why they wrote this review. The only thing that I can think of is that is was "opposite day" because the reverse of what they said is true: very clean, thick walls, nice staff, and, ahem, fortunately few mean-spirited like the one who wrote this essay.
