I have lived in the Promenade for over 2 years and am only leaving because I just got married and need more space. The staff has been wonderful, the location is great, and I would absolutely recommend living there. I read one report that claimed it is a dirty, noisy building and I can only tell you that this is completely untrue. I have never seen a single bug, and it is actually very peaceful and quiet considering where you are and how close you are to your neighbors. The pool is an added bonus and even though the parking is expensive, it is very convenient and was worth the price to me.
