This is a great place to live. The Management is the most responsive of any building that I have rented in DC, SF, LA, or NYC in the past 10 years. It is in a perfect location with a grocery store 1-block away, the 18th St. bars and restaurants a block away, and right across the street from a convenient bus stop. The neigborhood is great to walk around in, and I am the envy of many of my friends what they come to see my apartment. If you are lucky enough to grab one of the higher apartments, the views of DC, or the Cathedral, or Rock Creek park are unparalleled. The Promenade is one of the highest points in DC. I have been to a few rooftop parties around town, and when people ask me me where I live, I can actually point to this very building on top of the hill that can be seen from all over the city. In a life full of mistakes and a few regrets, choosing to live here is one of my best decisions.
