Randle Hill was my first apartment and i have to say it was horrible. I am not one of those who thinks that all of SE is the ghetto. i am very forgiving but Randle Hill is to much. They cost to much and they offer no real amenities and the leasing office.....good luck getting anything accomplished. The grounds a pretty well kept. I have never had a roach but I have seen rats outside. So all in all it is not the worst place to live is SE but it is definitely not one of the best. I would recommend this apartment only to someone like myself. A young person starting out with plans to move elsewhere?.soon. not the place to raise your family.
