Not worth the money

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I have lived here since July 05 and I do not have any problems as far as my apartment is concerned. My problem is the rent. The rent has been raised 2 times in 7 months. My rent started at $790 now it is $860. I get the feeling the rent will continue to go up and it is not worth it to live in that area (in se next door to trenton park).
