I live at Randle Hill and I have sewer rats. One jumped out screeching from behind the fridge at me. They have mice there too, but my apartment has sewer rats. And the personnel just deny stuff. They don't address the way they should, they avoid doing things that are their responsibility to do. The turds from these rats are huge.

Really bad rotating management. When I got there, the management was called the dynamic duo because they played each other off in avoiding work. They're chintzy, try to get away with doing small stuff that they owe you. And if you confront them, they behave like they're in the street and cut you off as you speak as though speaking louder makes them smarter. But they're just dishonest.
