Since I have lived here, my car has been broken into, there have been gun shots in the parking lot, a neighbor who thought their apartment was a night club all day and night with loud music bumping and shaking the walls, a couple of guys walked up to my wife whispering to each other as she took out the trash (which she will not do anymore) there are parties all the time with no regard to noise, sometimes until 5 o'clock in the morning...yes 5 o'clock, with a D.J. and loud speakers. There have been fist fights in the stairway, people banging on doors at 3 a.m. to buy drugs almost every night. And all this time, with all my complaints (over a dozen to the main office) have they done anything' Yes, they raised my rent and completely ignored my complaints.
To top it all of yesterday, I received a threatening message from the office saying that I owed them $20.67 because my rent was late (which it wassn't and I have the receipt to prove it) and they said in the letter that they will not tolerate late rent payments and if I was late again the would take legal action. So I go down to the office to complain at 3:30 and they have already left for the day, with their hours posted on their locked door that say 8 - 5.
Yes, this place has "cheap" prices for this area but there is a reason, it's not safe, it's loud, it's rude, and it is plagued with even louder and ruder children.

I have move in 2005. The rental office people was fine. But the new managers are a mess. I was late for my rent on they said that was on to take me to court. But I had a neighboor that was THREE MONTHS back on their rent on they did not put a court paper on his or her door until they were atleast FIVE MONTHS back in rent. The washing machine and dryer do not work.
