I've been living in this hell hole since April 2007. Starting off was due-able. But after about 6 months itz been all down hill from then. Maintance is slow as hell, office management is rude as ----. The neighbors are rude, and have no consideration for noise control. Weekends are an invitation for music, fighting, shooting, drugs, robbing, killing, and any other illegal activity. Parking............. OMG I wouldn't advertise them as parking spaces,I would rather say spaces. They are extremely small. The kids around there are rude as hell, no respect and no home training. They sit on ur car, bounce on ur car, bang and punch ur car, and also use ur car as there own trash can. They also like to play in the parking lot, so if ur driving u need to move out of there way instead of them moving out of urs. The maintance emergency line is a joke because they never respond, so if ur in a dying need of emergency they are not the ones to call. My kitchen stove had stop workin and maintance came after about 2wks and fix the problem. They must have had to take the oven door off to fix the problem, well thats all fine and well but they forgot to screw the oven door back on. So of course I found out by my son pulling on the oven door and it fall on him, not on 1 ocassion but two. Thats because when I found out I put a ticket in and it took them 2 months to come fix that. Another incident was when my a/c unit went out on me several times before maintance decides that the motor was bad,"U THINK"!!!!!! These lazy rags go and take the motor out on a Thursday, never return until that Monday. Meanwhile, I have no a/c in my apt on the hottest weekend of the summer with two babies. The ultimate and final straw was the shooting that took place in front of my bldg, that lead to a person dying in my apt bldg. After experienceing something like that so close, I called it quits. Other than that u have ur regular sewer rats, roaches, spiders, etc. ITZ A WONDER they're still in business to lease, they should have been shut down long ago. If consridering living here................ PLEASE RECONSIDER!!!!!
