I have in these apartments for almost a year. When I first saw the inside and outside I figured they look pretty decent considering the area. Guess I was wrong looks aren't the only thing that count.

Once I moved into the apartment and notice all of things they hadn't done I realized my mistake. The apartments are old and they tried to cover the age with paint. The plumbing sucks, my tub has been leaking down into my neighbors closet for months. Maintenance claims the problem was fixed after they came into my bathroom and tore the wall out, left it open for a week, came back and left trash all over the place, not to mention the contractors going into my cabinet and helping themselves to a unopened two liter orange soda (yes this the truth).
Needless to say the tub still leaks, and the rodents are bountiful this includes mice, roaches and other critters I have never seen. There is no point in calling the rental office to request that things be taken care because that doesn't work. The property manager acts sincere but to no avail. Before I forget Don't think about calling in an emergency service after hours. If someone responds to the call it will shock the heck out of me. Literally.
