I cannot agree more with the previous review. The place is awful. I have been living there for over a year and things have changed dramatically since the new management company TCR TRammell Crow Residential took over. The new management is ineffective and rude and all new staff (apart from those that still work for the Park Hyatt hotel) are incompetent. All good people seem to have been fired for no reason with no notice to residents eg Jeniffer, Aaron among others. The noise from the back alley is unbearable even at the weekends. Cannot wait for this manager to be fired and hopefully something will change. Most residents cannot wait to leave. It is not the residences at park hyatt but just the building next to the Park Hyatt hotel..... dont give them any revenue and hence reason for current staff to stay- please, for the poor residents that live here daily....
The good review has to have come from the management themselves by the way....they are the only rude ones who cannot write english properly
