I have lived in this apartment building for almost 2 and a half years, and I am currently getting ready to move out. For the price of these apartments you basically get what you pay for. Beginning with the parking situation, if you arrive home later then 10ish parking spaces are few and far between. The building has a garage but there is no entry directly from the garage to the building. The grounds have been kept up lately, but prior to this there was constantly trash in the building and outside. There seems to be a never ending infestation of pests, they come and go but tend to pop up at the worst times possible. On the upside i seldom hear my neighbors, above, below and on either side (I live on the 4th floor). I am a single female and would like to live in a safer and more calm environment. Another plus is the proximity to metro and metrobus.
