Lovely complex/great ammentities/unfair rent hikes

According to DC law this apartment complex is allowed to increase the rent as often and as much as they like. Unfortunately they have no concern for their long-term tenants and choose to raise the rent quite frequently. BEWARE!!!

True. They need to realize that their would not be such a great change in tenants if they stopped doing this.
