Here is a makeover that the Rittenhouse could "really" use:
1. Get RID of the Tenants who used to work for the Rittenhouse. They are Predators who caused discomfort to the Tenants, and still do by keeping an "open vine" with the Concierge.
2. Get RID of the "current" Tenant's Association Members.They have done absolutely nothing for the Tenants who have had problems here - yet, they seem to try to keep their mitts in everything, and they try to cause problems for the Management by taking him to court for every little thing. They demand things like they are the owners of the building. They have no problem posting their lawsuits and what haves all over the building. We read about the recent lawsuits against them (something they posted on their own little bulletin board for all to see) They have no clout, so get them out. It's time for some New, Younger meat to hold a seat!
3. Get RID of the current cleaning staff. They are not efficient. (They also may not be legal, since they are all immigrants, and non-english speaking.) I live on the 7th floor of the Rittenhouse, and the carpeting never gets vaccummed. I never see any of the workers doing anything up here.
4. It was good that Management is stopping Tenants from bringing animals into the building, because they won't take them outside to poop when it's cold. Now get RID of the animals that are still here. That would a an A-Plus.
