If you have any sense what so ever please dont move here. This place is a piece of ----, I live right next door to this building and my least aggreement is up next month, and I am so happy let me tell you some things about this neighborhood.

(1). This building is very very old. There in the process of placing a pool and making it look so pretty but behind those doors people have gotten killed, raped and forced out of there homes. This apartment building use to be a crack building filled with drug activity, money laundry, prostitution, and break-ins, I lived in this area for 15 years and its horrible, I mean horrible!!!The only reason why I stayed so long is because I work at the school up the street and I dont have a car. My car has been vandilized, broken in to, tires stolen and windows busted out This neighborhood is for the poorer of the poor the ------ around here are ghetto as hell they would rob you and even kill you. This place is right aross from (woods), there RATS, AND MICE ALL OVER.....This place was condemed for nearly 2 years it was horrible!They contruction workers was a bunch of illegal spanish workers that only placed in new windows thats it! and new drywall, there also keeping those ragly ass doors and old floors and shined them up to look new, I even heared that they was using old appliacnces from the salvation army..This neighborhood is triflent your car would get broken in to all the time and maybe you would get killed or robed!!! BEWARE I AM WARNING YOU!!!!!!!!

I LIVE IN THE AREA FOR 21 YEARS AND ITS THE IVE SEEN IT. THAT LADY TALKING ABOUT SOMEONE GETTO SHE CRAZY. THEY HAVE RENOVATED THE WHOLE PLACE TRUST ME IT WAS A WHOLE LOT WORSE.

well, I'm thinking about moving there and apparently you are very ignorant and have no tact. Some of the comments don't have a thing to do with the apartments. Every apartment community is not going to be perfect, so you sometimes deal so you can have a decent roof over your head. Now unless this chick got a few thousand dollars to move uptown, I suggest she hush up.

How very disappointing it is to read such a poorly expressed as well as poorly spelled review from someone who allegedly works for a school. I pray that you are not a teacher of any kind. Hopefully, your living situation improved or you moved because apparently you were very unhappy. I am impressed with the square footage in the listing. I hope that my visit to the property will be equally impressive.
