I have been living in this community for over 9 months now and I abosolutely love it! The management is realy nice and understanding. My building stays clean and up to par on a regular. I never have any complaints, PLUS! there's brand new laundry rooms in each building that are such a convenience!
Upon moving in, everything was brand new (not used like the other add mentioned), even the appliences were brand new. My neighbors are friendly and the area is safe. I dont have a car, but River Hill has several parking lots for residents which is AWESOME!
I'm not to familiar with the past, and if that stuff the other ad were true then CONGRATS to River Hill for the complete transformation!

I have recently visited a friend at River Hill and the apartments are very nice. They are spacious and the grounds are well kept and quiet. I would consider living there myself but I love where I live.
