maintenance suck!!!!!! you put in a work order they take approximately 10 days to come to your unit, parking suck as well, but most of all maintenance is my major issue they do more chilling around the office sitting and chit chatting with each other and walking up and down the damn street then working, and will quick to tell a lie to say they fix the problem. The mice is off the hook and the exterminator is a joke, suggestion if you move in bring a cat with you to keep out the mice.
