Worst Management EVER

First, there is no office in the building. That means no packages accepted and no on-site manager to talk to. That would be just fine except the remote office staff WILL NOT TALK TO YOU! They simply will not return your calls. I've never seen anything like it. Have a maintenance request' Too bad! Have a question about your lease' Too bad! After countless unreturned phonecalls regarding basic maintenance requests I just gave up.
Rock Creek Gardens is in a good location- that's ALL it has going for it. Your time would be better spent checking out any one of the many nearby apartment buildings on Q Street where residents are treated with an ounce of respect.
Until building management decides to do their jobs (ie. return simple phonecalls) and put customer service on the radar, I would not advise anyone to move here.
