I am not quite sure where the idea that the management has improved came from. Things I have noticed:

- There is NO onsite management to accept packages / take requests.
- Remote property management will NEVER return your calls. Seriously. I tried calling everyday once - it was almost funny except I really needed something fixed.
- There are mice & ants & other bugs. The building is old and may have been selectively "updated" but thats about it.
- There is no commraderie between residents. I have heard multiple reports of undeserved (from different people who do not know eachother) noise complaints - seems that some of the residents would rather disintegrate with the building.
- The parking is AWFUL. Do NOT believe them when they say there is onsite parking available. There are three spots with a waiting list a mile long. PLUS, I have seen the building manager park people in when un/loading in back on several occasions. I understand making a point, but woah.
- There are MANY more buildings with similar pricing and mirror-image locations that are most likely a much better bet.
