I find it very strange - for a building that always has apartments available and lots of turnover, why the building management seems to think it is unnecessary to respond to pressing tenant problems - i.e. a refrigerator breakdown' The building is fairly old and because it is full of cheap appliances things are always breaking - and it takes multiple phone calls and threats to get anything done. I have lived here for almost 2 years and am looking to get out. Thankfully, it won't be difficult to find a similarly-priced, similarly-located apartment where the renting agent is far more responsible and responsive.
