I'd like to say that I have been a resident at RE since they re-opened it. Granted there were a few minor growing pains while the exterior was being finished but by in large I have had a good experience there. You also realize that we are dealing with a large property w/approx 225 units. I haven't had any problems outside of the usual issues of a tenant and the have been corrected in a timely manner. I have never had and infestations with insects and/or rodents and I must say, if someone does or did have an issue... the brought them with them.
