Me and my husband and two sons lived here for a while and it was horrible, we had rats no bugs but rats, sewage flies people who wasn't suppose to have dogs did maintenance NEVER RESPONDED, poor customer service and the leasing manager doesn't care. over priced not worth it wouldn't live here ever again maybe it's just this property or maybe it's just william c smith but i hated it here and wouldn't reccomend it at all.
