Fairly descent-nice size, clean, well kept. One of the best apt complexes in SE. Only complaints:It is very hard to laundry because washer and dryers break often and are only open 8am-8pm (and opens late sometimes-like at 10am)so very few are availbale when you need to wash. We had mice...it has gotten somewhat better. they exterminated several times but those mice are relentless. no infestation, just a few free loading mice. other thatn that I have no complaints . it's a good deal for the price. the neighborhood is safe and relatively quite considering the area. there are definetly worse places to live. no roaches--I give it a B. not bad at all. just want the mice gone and more or better laundry facilities.
