If you are looking for an environment that's peaceful this isn't the place to be, especially when it's warm outside. Getto neighbors can become a problem. But if you're looking for some place in SE DC for the sack of convenience then this maybe a place to consider. The resident manager is pleasant but the others can use some customer service and professionlizm courses.
Getto neighbors, when it's warm outside the neighbors began to retreat right outside your door way. Resident Manager Jo-Ann is a fair person to deal with but other office staff has some
