Overall, I have enjoyed my new home, however, since I first moved in my telephone service has not properly functioned in this particular unit. Anytime it rains or snows or the lines from the telephone closet get wet; my service is interrupted. The phone company always states there is nothing that they can do but still want me to pay full service charges. Royal court tells me the problem is Verizon.

Well, my suggestion and request is that I be moved to another apartment home because this is outrageous. Also, it will be more conducive for me as well with my medical condition (Renal Kidney Failure) it is difficult and at times impossible to climb all the stairs to get to my house before I can get inside to the other stairs (inside the home).
