nice apartments, horrible leasing team

I lived in the complex for a little over two years and as long as I lived there the maint. was never hanled by the property management. When I had a leak in my bathroom it took someone 2 days just to come and look at it and he never came back. I had to get someone to fix the shelves in my closet that fell down, after waiting 2 weeks for Royal Courts to fix it. Overall the apartment isn't so bad, its the ghetto leasing consultants. They are rude, they spread tenants business, they act as if them helping you is a burden on their day. They need to have cutomer service training. Nikki acts as if shes better but that's a trick, she's the leader of the pack.

I've been a Resident of Royal Courts since 2004 and I love my apt and the Office staff (Maintenance is OK, but could be better)! Your title talks about the leasing team, but your complaints are about the Maintenance service. Reading your review, it seems as if you have a personal problem with "Nikki". If that's the case, then you must not be 'wrapped too tight'!! Not only does the Office staff go above and beyond, but they care! I've recommended alot of people to Royal Courts and they all say the same (even after they move in), "those girls are really sincere". It's good that you moved, your kind is not welcomed! Royal Courts is the BOMB!!!!!
