royal courts has mice and roaches. I have lived here for 1 year. In the beginning I never saw a mouse or roach and the apt was great until about 3months into living there and started seeing rodents and having leaky ceiling.They do have a exterminator but all he does is put trays down that barely catches anything.The leasing and maintance team are slow and never get back to you when they say they are. I say think again unless you really need a place to live.

i stay in the complex on 2nd and miss.ave behind the rental office.I dont know y but all my neighbors on my row have this problem and i jus started seeing roaches when 1 of my nieghbors moved.I called the office 1 time & the receptionist got smart with me saying that they dont have a rodent problem & she has tenents who lived here 4 5 years and never had a mice problem. WHAT A LIE because if u didnt have a mice problem you woulnd need an exterminator to come out every thursday! i try to keep my place up so they dont come out but it doesnt matter they still find a way.I am ready to move!

OMG I moved here a few months ago and this is my BIGGEST fear. Do you know why their is a problem now? have your neighbors changed? Do you mind telling what side you stay on. I stay near the playground?
