I've really enjoyed living at the Saratoga over the past year.

The complaints listed on this site by other posters are exaggerated.

The person who is complaining about water flooding the gym floor when it rains is hysterical.

Yes, I've seen a bucket to catch drops - but only twice in twelve months, and I've NEVER seen any water on the floor.

Certainly not a persistent problem.

If you demand absolute perfection in every aspect of your apartment building in order not to hate it, good luck.

If a very quiet, clean, well-designed and upscale apartment in a safe, convenient neighborhood will satisfy you, then you'll be happy with the Saratoga.

Thank you fuchs87! I've done a lot of recent research for my move from TX in this area and am really interested in this building. I came here to see what people have to say and have come to realize that just about every community I'm interested in has a very low rating when they seem to be one of the better communities in the area. The Park Connecticut, which is another of my top choices, also has a bad rating. The point I don't think people get is that it is an APARTMENT, which is meant for temporary living...and just about every single thing is taken care of for you...and things like a bucket in the fitness room is NOTHING. Yes you pay for it monthly, but you don't own it. Own a house first before you start to complain about an apartment.
