I've really enjoyed living at the Saratoga over the past year. The complaints listed on this site by other posters are exaggerated. The person who is complaining about water flooding the gym floor when it rains is hysterical. Yes, I've seen a bucket to catch drops - but only twice in twelve months, and I've NEVER seen any water on the floor. Certainly not a persistent problem. If you demand absolute perfection in every aspect of your apartment building in order not to hate it, good luck. If a very quiet, clean, well-designed and upscale apartment in a safe, convenient neighborhood will satisfy you, then you'll be happy with the Saratoga.
