Worst building in which I've ever lived.
Horrible mold and flooding problem.
Our HVAC system was so full of black mold we had to call in an inspection company -- Saratoga agreed to let us out of our lease, no questions asked, if we wouldn't "litigate." They even let us live the last month free and gave us our deposit back quickly.
They were petrified of being sued.
Trust me on this -- the building IS full of mold -- and any positive review you see here is from Saratoga management.

"Anonymous" -- your post makes ABSOLUTELY no sense. How exactly can one positive review in a year's time be considered management of the Saratoga "trolling?"
Secondly, no apartment complex management in their right mind will break their own legal lease contract for you no matter what your problem is or if you choose litigate. That would also make them in violation of their initial agreement with you. I also know who the property manager is, and I can hardly see her on her hands and knees begging you not to sue.
And you are also wrong that anyt positive review on her is from management. I've lived here HAPPILY for 4 years.
The thing that makes me laugh the most is that you are so quick to be so negative, and can speak your mind freely, but you are afraid to post without anonymity?

You are a fool....I have sued Borger Management who is much bigger than Horning Brothers and I won. Mold is a very serious law suit and is toxic. As is flooding in thios building or water leaking anywhere. YOU ARE NOT FROM DC, YOU MUST BE A VISITOR AND MOVED HERE. ANYONE WHO IS A WASHINGTONIAN KNOWS THAT MOLD IS A LAW SUIT THAT HAS BEEN AWARDED MANY..MANY TIMES. AND JUST BECAUSE YOU KNOW THE PROPERTY MANAGER HERE, DOES NOT MEAN YOU ACTUALLY KNOW HER. STOP BEING SUCH A KISS UP..LOL
