I'm moving to Washington, D.C. from Alabama, and I am interested in an honest review of this apartment complex and the neighborhood. Your help is much appreciated.

I was in D.C. this past Wednesday and had the opportunity to visit the property. However, no one was in the office (a note on the door said they were out on the property). Therefore, I'm looking for people who currently live there or people who have lived there in the past. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

I would like an opinion as well. I'm currently apt hunting and I value the tenants ratings.

I was one of there first tenants. I loooooovveeddd my apartment. The rental staff wasn't as professional as can be, but I believe they have a new staff now. I loved it so much I want to move back. I drive by and want to cry. It was spacious & clean and I had very few complaints except the maintenance staff should respond a little faster other then that a great place to live.

As one of the first tenants as well. I like my apartment but, outside my apartment is horrible. They have a gate that is all ways broken. Always, young men in the stairs case smoking and drinking. The rental office staff is not professional. My rental payments have been lost several times. If had to rate the apartments from 1-10i would give them a 3.I'll be moving as soon as my lease is up!!!!!
