I have lived in this building for about a year...the location is unbeatable, the residents (all I have met), are really chill and friendly. The units I have seen are all really big, and I have a sweet balcony with views of downtown. The only complaint i HAD about the building (which was a big one) was the elevators...they were horribly slow, however, THEY JUST REPLACED THEM!!! This was apparently a long time coming, but finally mgmt had the sense to upgrade the systems, and I no longer have any serious complaints about the building. So easy to metro and cab too...and they have a tiny gym, but if you have the money, Sports Club LA across the street is awesome...
PS guys---the pool in the summer has some great views ;)
