Old Dirty Building

I've lived in the Seville for nearly a year now, and have hated my experience living there. The carpets in the hallways look like they've never been replaced or cleaned in the 30 years the building has been there. Whenever I submit a maintenance request, it takes management about a month at least to respond, and only usually after I've submitted several more increasingly antsy requests and phone calls asking what's going on. And the side of the building facing 14th Street is VERY LOUD. I hear every darn siren, every drunk homeless person, and every bus that goes by. And I get leered at and harrassed by the drunk latinos that hang out on the corner. My parking spot is $150/month, but definitely worth it, as my car got broken into parked out on Mass. Ave. soon after I moved in. I see cars on my street nearly every morning that have been broken into. The elevators are very slow and one or the other (or occasionally both) is out of service. I could go on and on, but you get the picture. The one redeeming quality about the building is that the tenants seem to be (for the most part) really good, decent people.
