Negative: The building is old. The lobby needs a major facelift. The hallways need to be improved in terms of both lighting and materials. The laundry facilities are small and dirty; the machines never work consistently--clothes are often shrunk. The air is central--often leaving you too hot or too cold. Hot water can be hit or miss. The elevators are certainly hit or miss. The desk staff is courteous and helpful; however, building management and company management leave much to be desired. Often, problems only get fixed with a call to the company president. Unless you make an effort, you will likely never know your neighbors.
Positive: The prices are reasonable given the superb location. The studios can be quite large depending on which model you get. You can barely hear any noise coming from your neighbors. If you don't experience any problems, there is little to complain about. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

This review out of date now - the lobby has changed but everything else is worse the rent is double and the cockraoches will carry your laundry into the cracks in the walls! Carmel partners are a bunch of crooks and they want the shirt on YOUR back too!
