Please, Please Only Move Here if You're Desperate..as a last resort

Was nice when I first moved in a few years ago. This place has gone downhill drastically. The management is rude. I don't own a car, but if you do it is best to park on the street. That's not safer but it is safer than going through the parking area. Abandoned vehicles. Sex, crime, trash, crackheads, condoms...you name it, it happens in the parking area all times of the day. My children can't play outside I'm afraid of what they might see. Most of the neighbors I've come in contact with keep to themselves, not rude, but the "secure" buildings are a joke, so a crackhead could be in your building at any given time because your neighbors want the door open so their friends can enter and leave. Lots of drug activity. The places are comfortably as to space, the rent is affordable, but trust me, as a tenant, YOU WILL FEEL LIKE A PRISONER IN YOUR OWN HOME, because behind those thin walls and cheap doors, that is the safest place...unless of course the "security" door is kept open
