I live on the North Tower Side at Skyline Towers Apartment Complex since October 2003. I would like to comment that now that Fairfield Residental Management has taken over, and renovations almost complete, our apartments are the best around. I was told when Charles E. Smith owned our apartments they really let the place run down. I have received nothing but the best co-operation from management in all aspects of my apartment. Also, management has made me feel like family. When I moved from Virginia Beach to this area I did not know anyone. I will renew my lease in October, for a 1 bedroom apartment. We have a dentist downstairs (Dr. Fargo) who is the best! With all of the renovations I feel as if I am in Hollywood!
