I toured the community a few months ago. I was looking for a 1 bedroom and den, which they quoted me almost $1500 a month.

They have done renovations, but the excessive rents just aren't worth it. I can go to an "A" property, super luxury, and find something somewhat cheaper than that, near metro.

They have parking, but you only get one space and if you have more than one car, well, your on your own or you have to pay an additional $100 bucks a month.

There is a very small guest parking lot, which they can only park at for a max of 2 hours, if there is any parking. Plus, you have to pay for a guest parking pass should your guests want to stay longer, which is $5!!!

You also have to pay for a guest pass to the pool, which is only good for one day for each guest!

They now have W/D in the units, but it looks like it will only hold a handful of clothes and it's in the kitchen!

The staff isn't exactly customer service oriented. After the tour, we were discussing the application process and the leasing person's phone rang. Instead of turning it off, she just chatted away!

Anyway, I wasn't impressed. I can go to a place near King Street Metro and get something nicer and cheaper than that.
