I read a few other reviews and I think the D.C. skyline towers is being confused with the skyline towers in Alexandria. I lived at 2730 Wisconsin Ave. Please DO NOT rent an apartment with these people. There are mice everywhere, cockroaches too. The management is ultra shady and nosy. The maintence just go into your apartment anytime they please and will not let you know when they do. The managment also makes up false "late fees". I never got back my deposit. My mail looked tampered with the entire time I lived there. There wasn't any hot water or water pressure. I can go on and on. The biggest thing though is the "late fees" and I was never late! About 30% of the tenents had these mysteries late fees as well. I think it was to steal deposits. The place doesn't have a garbage shoot either, which is annoying. The dryers don't dry completely half the time. And the rent will increase twice a year.
