If I were to live in Glover Park again, I would move back. I'm sure it's the cheapest property around a beautiful neighborhood. The apts are nothing special, expect for the view and location. In the middle of the summer the electicity frequently goes out because of the AC usage. And like many older building the heat doesn't circulate well.
