Well I have lived here for over 2 years. My only real complaint is that they keep increasing the rent, but to be perfectly honest it really isn't that much. They keep the apartment homes up really nicely and the grounds always look good. The leasing staff is always pleasant, when you pay your rent on time. I think that these are the best apartments on Southern Avenue. Maintenance responds really fast and they are respectable. Overall this is a great place to live and a great location, right down the street from the Southern Avenue Metro station.
