I realy like living here, but the only problem is they keep increasing the rent
every year because they did not do it 4 years ago. That is not my problem but Management's. I felt and so did my neighbor's
that this was unfair so a lot of people are moveing to houses. Why should we have to suffer. This property is a tax credit . My rent has went from $525.00 to $555.00 to $590.00 and now March $615.00.
I wish that something could be done because they are not taking that money and putting towards a new playground for the kids They only have one swing. I called the main office to speak to the Property Manager and he said that according them Southern Ridge did not have enough children. Okay what about the lady who moved next door to me with 4. And also my child and all the other children that live there. I think that this is pitiful. Is there any way that you could let me know who I could write or contact about this situation. I would greatly apprecitate it. Thank you so much for this website it was a great idea!
