Why would you allow your property to be renovated and then move the same type of folk who tore it down to begin with to move in. Most especially since they delve so deeply into your personal history before they even rent to you. One would think that they are screening out the ghetto riff-raff and drug traffickers, but NO much to the contrary...they are screening out those who would bring class and distinction to this rehabbed environment. They are screening out good tenants in exchange for those SECTION 8 DOLLARS...and often times folk who receive free have a free mentality...since they don't have to pay for it then they don't care about it. RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE...remember you grandmothers old saying "what looks good to you ain't good for you!!!! And it is extremely OVERPRICED for the NEIGHBORHOOD!!!
