Convenient to Downtown Washington a plus! These are "new" luxury apartments with plenty of space for your peace of mind. Washer and Dryers in the units add a nice comfort. Not enough playground area so kids tend to play near the buildings. Parking will not be a problem if you are a resident. Non-resident parking is temporary and limited. The swimming pool is a success for kids during the summer. Everyone knows that if you mind your business you will have little or no problems. Renting should be temporary. Everyone who rents should save money to purchase your own property. That was my goal. All issues that I faced during my stay here encouraged me to fulfill this goal. This place had it's ups and downs like every apartment community. It's all in what you make it.
