If you like rowdy, disrespectful, no curfew having hanging out all times of the night children, football games in the parking lot where the ball hits your vehicle and leaves pings and dings, kids in the hallways smoking weed, in the summertime having to climb over 8-10 people sitting on the stoop just to get into your place where you pay $955 plus utilities, tow trucks towing cars for whatever reason they feel necessary I mean don't get me wrong the apartments are nicely renovated but this is still Southeast where lots of low income people reside everyone cannot afford to pay $955 plus pay the tow truck man for towing your visitors car I pay my rent I should be able to have as much company as I want and not have to worry about this towing situation. But to make a long story short if these things appeal to you then this is the place for you. My lease is up and Im out. Thank God!
