as a single woman with a child should I consider moving into these apartments' Most of the reviews are old so i dont want to base my decision of them. Are mice a problem' Do you consider the place safe for a kid' Stuff like that. Please let me know Thank you

Yes, Mice are a problem. I am a current tenant and mice are definately a problem. I moved in August 2005 and was not aware of the mice problem. But after two weeks we found out. Since August 2005 we have caught 7 mice on glue traps. The only thing the rent office does is provide glue traps. I cant wait for my lease to end.

I live here with 3 young children. They play at the playground without any trouble. No problem with bullies. Parking can be a pain at times. Parking can be tricky. A few older gentelman congregate outside, but they never bother anyone, never rude nor troublesome. I like the floor plans alot. I live on the ground floor and have had 2 mice in 2 1/2 years. I have never seen not one cockroach in my apartment at all. I encourage you to stop by for a visit.

I'm inquiring about this property, and I can relate to your question about having a kid, but I not a fan of mice, I'm a single mom and I cant take them rodents. So what was your opinion, if you did stop by??

Dont do it to yourself. The mice are def. a big big problem. Those places are infested with mice, I have caught so many mice.
