I've lived at Stanton Glenn for about 3 years, mainly because of its location and washer/ dryer in the apartment home. It was cool at first, but I quickly realized that it depends on which side of the community that you live on. When I downsized to smaller apartment on the opposite side of the leasing center, everything went down hill. First off, Parking spaces are narrow as crap so people take up about 2 spaces and you have to sometimes park aways from your building. They do random towing throughout the property but it seems like the wrong cars are ticketed and towed. I gave a friend a guest permit to stick in her window and they still put a tow label on her car. She was only there a few hours. Secondly, the maintenance staff are louder than the residents. In the morning, they yell from one end of the community to the other to talk to each other. Also, they sometimes take 4ever to respond to a service request. You have to make follow-up calls to them to make sure that they didn't forget your request. The gates to the community have only been closed twice in the 3 years that I lived there. The intercom systems don't work properly, if they even work at all. The system to my building has been broken for months and I still haven't even seen someone try to repair it. The kids in the community play in the parking lots and sit on cars that don't belong to them. They block the doorways and steps of the buildings when you try to enter your home. The security is just there for show. All they do is walk the community or sit in the booth at the gate and talk to each other. It's pointless. I wouldn't recommend this community to my enemy. The apartment is nice but the coommunity is the worse. Would I re-rent at this community again' How about NO!
