THE APARTMENTS AT STANTON GLENN ARE LOVELY ON THE INSIDE BUT THEY HAVE A SERIOUS MOUSE PROBLEM IF YOU LIKE CHASING PETS U DID NOT PURCHASE THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU IF NOT RUN AS FAST AS U CAN. FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT THEY ARE ASKING FOR IN RENT THERE SHOULD BE NO MICE. AND ANOTHER PROBLEM IS THERE TOWING POLICIES BASICALLY YOU ARE REALLY NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE COMPANY BECAUSE NINE TIMES OUT OF TEN THE VISITOR PARKING SPACES ARE TAKIN UP BY THE RESIDENTS WHO LIVE THERE THAT DON'T WANT TO REGISTER THERE CAR IN DC OR THE BOYFRIENDS OR GIRLFRIENDS THAT LIVE THERE BUT CAN'T GET A PARKING PERMIT BECAUSE THEY NOT THE LEASE HOLDER.THEN THEY USE THE WORST AND THE RUDEST TOW COMPANY IN DC AND THEY ONLY HAVE ONE VISITORS PARKING SPACE IN FRONT OF EACH BUILDING THATS RIDICULOUS. THEY SHOULD HAVE A CERTAIN TIME THEY TOW AND IT SHOULD BE DONE AT NIGHT BECAUSE NO ONE CAN HAVE COMPANY AND FOR THE AMOUNT OF RENT YOU PAY YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO INVITE WHO YOU WANT TO YOUR HOUSE WIT OUT THEM GETTING THERE CAR TOWED. THE FRONT DOORS ARE AWAYS BROKEN AND THE HALLWAYS ARE DIRTY. THE MAINTENANCE IS RUDE AND LAZY, BOTH FEMALES IN THE RENTAL OFFICE ACT LIKE THEY DOING YOU A FAVOR WHEN YOUR RENT IS PAYING THERE SALARY, & THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS A FAKE RASTA THAT DON'T GIVE A DAMN. THE NICEST PERSON AROUND THERE IS THE YOUNG LADY IN THE LEASING OFFICE. IT JUST SEEMS LIKE EVERYONE WHO RUNS THE REALLY NICE, EXPENSIVE PROPERTY ARE GHETTO. BUT OVERALL IF I HAD TO DO IT AGAIN I WOULD HAVE CHOSE SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH LESS DRAMA. I'M USE TO PROFESSIONALISM AND THEY CLEARLY DON'T HAVE ANY.BUT IF YOU GHETTO YOU WILL FIT RIGHT IN BUT ANYONE WHO WANTS A PEACE OF MIND RUN LIKE HELL!!!!!!!!!!! AND DON'T LOOK BACK.

I agree with it whole heartedly. The asking price for the apartments are ridiculous for the type of service and conditions that you live under. Everyone in upper management is unpofessional and need to take managemanet classes such as: How to manage time, How to deal with diversity, stress management, and How to communicate. Robin, who works in the leasing office is the only one whom is professional. There is a rodent problem that goes far beyond rats, there's ---- roaches that I don't think has made it into the homes as of yet. There isn't enough parking for the residents let alone guests. The company they've hired is a joke. I have received a couple of tickets that I have contested because of the notices that they post outside of the buildings letting us know that they were working on a new contract with the towing company. I won on all of the tickets that I have contested. The front doors are always broke, if you're expecting people to come over your house you must wait for them at the door, however, you're not permitted to stand and loiter around your building. When you look at the advertisements it tells you that you have ac/heat that you pay for. In the summer they post notices on the door saying that AC is a luxuary and not a necessity like they actually pay your utility bill. If you work hard for your money and want your money to work for you- this isn't the place for you. Living here was like having a second job
