Now, I cannot only say bad things, I've never SEEN a mouse, yet I know they exsist from the noise they make at night and one small hole i found in my room. Maintanence is a joke. I have had several arguments regarding their lack of professionalism. I have lived here for 2 years, and I really just stay in the house when I can. I would not reccommend to women living by themselves, or white people (just being honest) Usually there is a fight every night during the wee hours of the summer. My neighbors were nice, I will miss seeing them, but it is not worth the cost. There apartments should be half the price for all the drama you get.
