Whoever wrote the last review must work for management. This is the worst place I've ever lived and I'll tell you why.

-Management is completely disorganized. They do not follow up on anything.

- The noise level is ridiculous. People here think they live on a acre plot by themselves. Music blasts LOUD all hours of the day and night. People here scream outside at 3am over goodness knows what. Car alarms blare all night. If you like sleep, sorry you won't get any until you get used to sleeping with lots of noise. Oh yea then there's that darn ice cream truck that blasts for an hour- too bad it doesn't sound like an ice cream truck, it sounds like someone dragging a broken car with a howling cat attached to it.

- Parking is ok, if you don't go out at night. If you do be prepared to park far away from your building which wouldn't be so bad if you didn't live with the fear that your car is going to get stolen.

-Like drugs' Well this is probably for you as I've seen more than one drug bust since I've been here. The cops come around a lot but not enough.

-Critters, I haven't seen them but I hear scratching in the walls.

- I forgot to add that there are door buzzers but they don't work so if you have company or order food you basically have to stand outside or hope they call you because they won't be able to get in. Which also adds to the noise because when people forget their key they stand outside banging on the doors, very hard. It's scary. You would think it's mostly kids but adults do it too.

The only decent thing is that the insides of the apartments are nice. Too bad stuff falls apart quickly live oven handles, the sick gets backed up, the toilets get backed up, and once the ceiling was leaking.

Yeah, I think you pretty much covered what I remember about my 3 year stay in hell. As long as Stanton Glenn continues to let the hood run the place it will continue to have the reputation that it has.You CANNOT mix working class individuals with persons that have no respect for themselves, let alone, other peoples property, time or sleep. I feel your pain and I hope you move somewhere better. This site is a great tool for ruling out apartment communities. Definitely investigate before you end up moving to another disaster zone.

Grow up and just move out and stop crying like little children. Like the review said you are the consumer, you do not have to stay here. I bet the most of the tenants that live here moved in on the skin of there teeth and barely made it. For one thing the criteria for qualifications are not that extensive so you must have credit or a rental history that was fair or ok. So for Future references tell your friends to get the credit tight and stay away if the background looks like DC Jail records.
