I live in Stanton Glen for about 1yr and 2 months. I didn't want to leave but I had to deal with the rude children in the building and the dumb as property manager who acts like he doesn't speak english if you don't have on tight clothes. Then being there for the time that I was my rent went up $235 in a year and was told that they can go up any amount they wanted to. Can't get no security, the maintance staff was great in fixing, one person in the leasing office was great(Robin)but every one else had a damn attitude. Now I paid my rent on the first of everymonth but that was not put into account when it was time to renew. I was paying what new people paid coming in. The year and 2 months I was there four people moved out that were only there for 3 months at a time. The outside door stayed broke due to the gambling, smoking(weed) and trash left in the building. Now for the price when I first got there I was in heaven but to pay $1465 and have to walk through smart mouthed children that were not your own and the dirty hallways every single night, Hell no I couldn't take any more. I was scared to have my friends and family come over for fear they would have to walk through weed smoke and cussing and gambling. If you can go anywhere else do so until they get rid of the property manager Mr.King the worst.
