Kids, kids and more kids. Halls are cleaned maybe twice a week. No suitable maintenance staff. Squirrels live in air ducts. Building doors aren't locked because visitors and tenants jam them because they have no key. Parents don't supervise kids. Marijuana is smoked freely throughout the property like cigarettes. Laundry facilities are atrocioius. People stop your wash or dry and sometimes even put a little trash in you load while its washing. When you're in your apartment you can smell what's cooking and being smoked in the 10 plus apartments in your building. Little thugs in training hover over the grounds. Sometimes homeless people sleep in the buildings. I could go on and on and on. Just don't do it.
