Beautiful Place, Average Service, Expensive

Summit Roosevelt is a gorgeous place, with brand new appliances, a huge gym, and an excellent location. Services and details, unfortunately, have been declining over the last year--and now rents are raising. Parking on the street can be extremely frustrating at times, but garage space is VERY expensive ($250/month). Trying to get groceries and other things upstairs is always a chore.
Visitors always comment about the beauty of the building, and there are dry cleaning services available.
Now if we could just get management to listen to folks, we'd be all set.
